Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of dextool, including supported ledger market tools, wallet dashboards, trading interfaces, rewards, launchpad listings, package services and token pool features.

Use of the Platform

You are responsible for your wallet, transactions and decisions. dextool provides software tools and information, but does not custody your assets, control your wallet or guarantee market outcomes.

No Financial Advice

Information shown in dextool is for convenience and operational use only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You should independently verify token, issuer, liquidity, reward and transaction data before acting.

Wallet Signatures and Ledger Transactions

Actions signed through Xaman or other wallet flows are submitted to the selected ledger network or related services. Confirm all transaction details before signing. Validated ledger transactions are generally irreversible.

Hot Wallet Storage and Recovery Responsibility

If you create or import a hot wallet through dextool, the wallet is created, stored and unlocked on your own device and browser environment. dextool does not custody that wallet and does not store the wallet seed, private keys, backup password, recovery file or any recovery material that would allow dextool to access or restore the wallet.

You are solely responsible for downloading, keeping and protecting the encrypted recovery file and its password. Losing that recovery file, losing the password, deleting local browser storage or losing access to the device or browser profile may result in permanent loss of access to the hot wallet and any funds held by that wallet.

dextool cannot recover, reset, restore, transfer or return funds from a hot wallet if you lose the recovery file, lose the password, compromise the wallet or otherwise lose access. You should only use hot wallets for funds and permissions you are prepared to manage and risk yourself.

Third-Party Data Sources

dextool may use public ledger infrastructure, Xaman, XRPSCAN and XRPLData/InFTF to provide wallet, token, issuer, transaction and market information. External data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable, and each provider's own terms and limits may apply.

Provider references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated.

Rewards and Campaigns

Rewards may be subject to campaign rules, eligibility checks, wallet limits, blacklist checks, token pool availability, transaction validation, delivery queues and abuse prevention. dextool may delay, reject or skip reward delivery when rules are not met or suspicious activity is detected.

Reward delivery and eligibility are validated only against qualifying transactions processed through dex-tool.io. Trades, swaps or other activity completed on other exchanges, interfaces or third-party services are not considered eligible for dextool reward validation or delivery.

Packages, Listings and Project Tools

Project owners are responsible for the accuracy of token information, listings, reward campaigns, package choices and deposited custom tokens. Paid or configured services do not guarantee trading volume, market performance, user participation or reward claims.

Acceptable Use

You may not use dextool to abuse rewards, spam requests, bypass limits, interfere with service reliability, submit misleading project data, violate applicable law or attempt unauthorized access to platform systems.

Availability and Changes

dextool may change, suspend or discontinue features, limits, eligibility checks, package benefits or integrations to improve security, reliability or compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dextool and its operators are not liable for losses arising from market movement, user error, wallet compromise, third-party services, network issues, failed transactions, data inaccuracies or reward eligibility outcomes.
